		<description>LOL. Recently I&#039;ve been so tired that I sleep right through those noisemakers! As for me, I lift weights and do martial arts. I think it&#039;s important to find something you enjoy doing. A lot of people just don&#039;t like lifting weights and get discouraged and quit. Whatever sport/activity you like doing is what you should do to get to a healthy weight. If you enjoy it it&#039;ll give you further incentive to keep doing it. It&#039;s just a matter of time/consistency/eating healthy and then you&#039;ll be where you want to be.</description>
