Well; what a historical day for African Americans in the United States of America. How many blog posts will we see about this topic? How many forum posts will go back and forth bickering back and forth about how the electoral votes and popular votes don’t match up. If you’ve lived under a rock or been snorting rocks for the past day or so – you need to be informed that the next president of our country is a black man, named Osama Bin Laden… oh, I mean Barak Obama. Seriously; will that Osama joke ever get stale?

Quickly; just wanted to help promote this blog post. If you have Gnome and you’re running Compiz and you’ve notice a very weird graphical glitch when running Virtualbox in Seamless mode, then here’s the workaround for you! The blog post is by Rick Fleming.
Gnome + Compiz + Virtualbox Seamless Window + Workaround = Awesome
I tried it and it works. It wasn’t extremely easy to understand though. At first, I didn’t know where the .exe file was. You can find the executable file in “VBoxWorkaround\obj\Release\VBoxWorkaround.exe”. Create a shortcut and put it in your “C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup” folder.
Just in case their server is down, I’ve provided the files below.

“How can this be done!?” one may ask! Well; this is not our idea, but my wife did take a principle and build on it. The book my wife got (when Alex was potty training; about a y) was called “Potty Train in Three Days!“. My wife noticed that most folks buy pull-ups and other diaper-like underwear and try and potty train their kids within a month or so and end up going much much longer. This method is intense and stressful, but it’ll get the job done.

I’m a big Star Wars fan so there was no way I would miss this 3D-cartoon style premier of Star Wars: The Clone Wars presented by Cartoon Network. Because of my life with little kids I haven’t seen the full-motion picture yet. A lot of folks basically gave it the same rating as, “It was OK – you can wait for it to come out on DVD.” This version, being shown on television, uses the same drawing style as the movie. I’m not certain if Cartoon Network will run two half hour shows each week or end up showing one half hour show, but this premier had two shows, pretty sweet.
Whatcha’ Say!?
