A couple friends of mine introduced me to this video from Connor Anderson and Aaron Mull on YouTube. Since I’m a Dungeons & Dragons fan, I instantly loved this music video. It’s a parody song based on “Like a G6” by Far East Movement. I was surprised by how good the larping costumes were. Great Indy film.
My First D&D Encounter

Wow! I am a changed man forever! It’s a bit of an overstatement, but that’s generally how I feel about this fantasy table-top game. I’ve tasted the sweet nectar of Dungeons & Dragons and I don’t think I’ll ever be the same. A couple weekends ago I met up with some D&D players in Marietta, GA and played for about four hours. Within those four hours, to my surprise, all the D&D stereotypes were confirmed. It was an epic experience for me and I certainly look forward to more encounters as I level up in real life.
Be warned that I am going to make fun of EVERYTHING! It’s all in good fun, though. I had a great time and I have enlisted with my new Band of Brothers- my Campaign Desperadoes- into the mysterious world of D&D players.
Introduction to Dungeons & Dragons

Above is an introduction video to Dungeons & Dragons Fourth Edition with Chris Perkins, Creative Manager. It’s about six minutes long and gives you a general overview of what D&D is all about. Mix this with the podcast Critical Hit and you’ll catch the D&D-fever just like I did. I’ve always been interested in playing D&D, but never really took the opportunity to do it. After listening to the first five episodes of Critical Hit, I can see how my time in World of Warcraft was wasted!

I saw this on io9.com, I Hit It With My Axe: Meet the Party, and didn’t want to forget it. I’m not really sure what its about, but the words “D&D” and “porn” caught my eye. I posted this via my Droid and ill watch it when I get home. I might end up removing the post, who knows.
