Happy Birthday to Me
May 6th
Since I don’t have a guild of authors contributing to this site… no one’s really gonna write this very EPIC entry. So; I thought I’d do it. Nothing says “vanity” like plastering “Happy Birthday” on your own blog. Well; the main point is I’m kind of doing this as my “historical documents” [Galaxy Quest reference]. Today, May 6, 2009, I am thirty years of age… and boy have I been through the wringer! It’s mainly due to my personality type… A lot has happen, good and bad, but overall I’m very happy with where I am in life and the achievements I have.

Star Wars Weekend!
Feb 14th

How do I start this off? My son and I are having a Star Wars weekend. He’s grown very fond of Star Wars: Battlefront II for the Xbox and at the age of three I’m watching anything Star Wars related. He seems to like it, especially the clone army and/or Stormtroopers. So; Friday night I watched Star Wars: Clone Wars the movie. I bought it from Columbia House. Saturday morning, after breakfast he watched SW:CW too. Then we all watched some cartoons and Seaseme Street, then it was on to Battlefront II.
Besides that, my wife purchased the two pack DVD set of Star Wars — episodes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 from Walmart online. We also got Alex a Clone Trooper outfit (helmet and blaster rifle). It’s a Star Wars weekend, no doubt!
Waiting for The Old Republic
Jan 2nd
Oh my friggin’ Hare Krishna! I’m in the 3rd day of my 14-day trial with Stars Wars Galaxy (SWG) and I just saw some footage of the new Star Wars: The Old Republic MMORPG from BioWare and LucasArts. I’m a Star Wars fanatic (with certain restraints, of course) and this new MMO looks like it will be the next biggest SCI-FI game to come. SWG looks way outdated and the only reason why I’m playing is to get my “fix” of the Star Wars universe. I normally play World of Warcraft, but if I can only (responsibily) pay for one MMO per month, it will certainly be SWTOR.
Review: Star Wars, The Clone Wars
Oct 4th

I’m a big Star Wars fan so there was no way I would miss this 3D-cartoon style premier of Star Wars: The Clone Wars presented by Cartoon Network. Because of my life with little kids I haven’t seen the full-motion picture yet. A lot of folks basically gave it the same rating as, “It was OK – you can wait for it to come out on DVD.” This version, being shown on television, uses the same drawing style as the movie. I’m not certain if Cartoon Network will run two half hour shows each week or end up showing one half hour show, but this premier had two shows, pretty sweet.
